Visitors

Registration information may be used to manage attendance, capacity, ticket delivery and QR check-in. [CONFIRM: capacity, attendance rules, cancellation and refund conditions.]

Exhibitors

Applications may require review and approval. Exhibitor profile details, logos and links may be published where authorised. [CONFIRM: approval criteria, contribution/payment and invoice terms, image permissions, safety requirements.]

Marketing

Event registration does not automatically subscribe visitors or exhibitors to unrelated marketing. Any optional marketing consent must be collected separately.
